Shooting fees are calculated on the square footage of a property and the number of images required to adequately represent the property and its location. For your convenience, 3 plans are offered for residential property listings plus a number of add-on features for you to fully customize your photo shoot.

Up to 1500 sq/ft

Our smallest residential session includes basic coverage of the interior and exterior for an apartment or small family home. Typically includes 10+ images.

Our most popular residential session includes full coverage of the interior and exterior and grounds for an average single-family home. Typically includes 25+ images.

Large

Up to 5000 sq/ft*

This session is ideal for your not so typical large-family home with large grounds and perhaps a mother-in-law suite. It includes full coverage of the interior and exterior and grounds. Typically includes 40+ images.

Twilight Session

Add a twilight session to a shoot and your brochures will make potential home buyers stop and take notice and help you stand out from your competition.

Shooting during twilight takes advantage of that brief magical light, just after the sun dips below the horizon and the house lights give off a warm comforting glow that truly really turns any house into a home. How important are professional images?

The following information is provided by the Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD).

It might seem obvious—or go without saying—that good photography is critical for your success as a real estate professional.

But when you dig into the numbers, just how much of an impact good visuals make borders on shocking. Check out some of these stats:

Properties with high-quality photography sell 32 percent faster.

Properties with more photos sell faster, too. A home with one photo spends an average of 70 days on the market, but a home with 20 photos spends 32 days on the market.

For homes in the $200,000 to $1 million range, those that include high-quality photography in their listings sell for $3,000-$11,000 more.

Which session plan is right for me?

For most clients, the Basic or Standard Plan will provide with you all the images you will need to show off your property. Several industry studies have shown that the “sweet spot ” for the number of images for a listing is somewhere between 10 and 25 images.

If you have unusual circumstances, such as large tracts of undeveloped land which you need to document, we are happy to negotiate a fee that will better suit your needs.

Commercial imaging clients – custom pricing on request

Commercial clients will receive a detailed photography estimate. Licensing, usage, and level of service for these projects make them unique. Architects, designers, builders, commercial re, marine vessels, etc.
